Exceptional common areas at Holden Senior Living

Elements Manufacturing and Swenson Builders worked together to create yet another a modern living space at Holden Senior Living. Design by RD Jones Interior Design & Architecture. The Holden interior follows a similar senior living job, Swensen Morning Star, that also featured custom woodwork, intricate interior paneling work and ornate display cases. Both jobs are being submitted for Woodwork Institute award consideration.

This collaboration brought together complex lighting, electrical, upholstery and a lot of beam work. The 11′ tall book cases and fireplaces are unique and beautiful.
